Tools $10,000.00 and over will require a payment schedule of 1/3 down to start, 1/3 at 50% completion, and 1/3 upon approval at buyers facility. Tools and production less than $10,000.00 will be billed at Net Thirty (30) days. All deliveries are F.O.B. our plant. Computer Cut EDM/AR Tool reserves the right to requote any changes or revisions and submit for approval. In the event of cancellation before the due date, all work completed and all materials ordered will be charged to the customer. All quotations are based on the customer acception =/- 10% of quantity ordered (except tools) and up to 25 pieces on orders less than 100 pieces, unless otherwise specified on customers purchase order. Certificate of compliance or certification of material will not be furnished unless requested by the customer at the time of order. Lead time may vary at the time of order based on current work load status. Delivery runs from receipt of order. First time customers may be required to ship C.O.D. only. |
