Q: How do I attach a file to e-mail?

A: Every e-mail utility is a little different, but generally instructions should carry over from program to program as follows:

  1. By clicking on the e-mail icon on our page it will open your default e-mail utility.
  2. The address to whom you want to send the e-mail to should already be in the "To" window, (web@computercutedm.com), ---Or you can copy and paste our address into the "To" window: web@computercutedm.com -by selecting the text, and on PC's holding down the "Control" and "c" keys to copy, and "Control" and "v" to paste it into the "To" window. (On Macintosh hold down the "Apple" key and "c" to copy, then "Apple" and "v" to paste.)---
  3. Type in a subject for your letter, example: "I need a quote on my company's die."
  4. Type in any text you wish to include in the letter.
  5. Then go to either the icon "Attach", or find attach in the menu.
  6. Browse for the file that you have.
  7. Click on the file. (Sometimes it may take up to 10 minutes to attach a file to your e-mail if it is large, zipping the file up will reduce the time it takes to send your file.)
  8. Hit the "Attach File" button.
  9. After the file is attached, press the "Send" button.

Terms

Tools $10,000.00 and over will require a payment schedule of 1/3 down to start, 1/3 at 50% completion, and 1/3 upon approval at buyers facility. Tools and production less than $10,000.00 will be billed at Net Thirty (30) days. All deliveries are F.O.B. our plant. Computer Cut EDM/AR Tool reserves the right to requote any changes or revisions and submit for approval. In the event of cancellation before the due date, all work completed and all materials ordered will be charged to the customer. All quotations are based on the customer acception =/- 10% of quantity ordered (except tools) and up to 25 pieces on orders less than 100 pieces, unless otherwise specified on customers purchase order.

Certificate of compliance or certification of material will not be furnished unless requested by the customer at the time of order. Lead time may vary at the time of order based on current work load status. Delivery runs from receipt of order. First time customers may be required to ship C.O.D. only.
